Christopher Morris – Managing Partner
Mr. Morris began his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston in London. Following stints at Hollinger International in London and Torstar Corporation in Toronto and Orlando, he moved to Vancouver and worked at MetroBridge Networks. He founded RCM in 2009.
Mr. Morris is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, the University of Waterloo and holds an MPhil and a PhD from Cambridge University.
Conrad Krebs – Partner
Mr. Krebs worked in accounting at the Edmonton Exchanger Group of Companies in Edmonton, and MetroBridge Networks in Vancouver. He joined RCM in 2009.
Mr. Krebs is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Professional Accountants.
Colin Haddock – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Haddock began his career in public practice accounting before joining RCM in 2013.
Mr. Haddock is a graduate of the University of Victoria, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Professional Accountants

Cameron MacDonald – Vice President
Mr. MacDonald began his career in public practice accounting and then in Transaction Services with BDO Canada in Toronto. He joined RCM in 2023.
Mr. MacDonald is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Professional Accountants.
Herman Du – Controller
Mr. Du previously worked at S.C. Chan & Company, a public practice accounting firm in Vancouver. He joined RCM in 2016.
Mr. Du is a graduate of Simon Fraser University, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Professional Accountants.
Sarah Soukhaphonh – Accountant
Mrs. Soukhaphonh worked at MetroBridge Networks and Backbone Systems, before joining RCM in 2016.
She attended Okanagan University College and Simon Fraser University.
Kirsten James – Executive Assistant
Ms. James has over ten years’ experience as an executive assistant with previous experience in sales and administration. She joined RCM in 2012, and is the Executive Assistant to Christopher Morris.
Ms. James attended VCC and BCIT.
